I had excellent service from Carl Laforest, Service Manager. He was patient and professional. I had a special situation because my vehicle, 2013 Outback not purchased at this dealership, was not going after nights at -15 and colder. The day I called I explained that since they announced these conditions that night would have to take it to do the tests the next day.
Finally it was as simple as a negative connector problem when I was sure it was the ECM.
Very honest about billing
